Highlighted Duties:

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Drive new product introduction (NPI) from concept through production launch.
Ensure designs are manufacturable, scalable, and reliable.
Support production through hands-on problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, supply chain, and sales.
Lead engineering change processes (ECR/ECO) and continuous improvement efforts.

Highlighted Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
8+ years in manufacturing engineering.
2+ years of engineering leadership experience.
Strong NPI and production ramp up experience.
Expertise in root cause problem-solving.
Experience with DFMA, DFMEA/PFMEA, and engineering change processes.
