We are looking for an energetic Engineering Manager to lead our NA AUT Engineering team.
As an Engineering Manager, you will be supporting sales during the sales phase and mastering project engineering resources. You are going to have a key role to plan and implement global engineering strategy with the area organizations. You will also be responsible for implementing selected engineering Must-Wins Initiatives, including partner development.
Your main responsibilities are:
To ensure and provide competent resources according to project's needs.
To develop engineering skills and capacity in your team and in cooperation with our Service team.
To develop partner capacity according to the engineering strategy.
To give sales support. (Risk reviews, Project engineering team set up, used labor rate").
To actively participate in global Operations engineering development network.
To further develop engaged, high performing and customer focused teams.
Requirements:
To be successful in this position you need to be a target-oriented leader but not afraid of hands-on work.
Bachelor's or Master's in Automation Engineering or similar.
Experience working with delivery projects.
In addition, we value flexibility, ability to work independently with several simultaneous tasks as well as service-minded attitude.
This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 25%.
