Job Description

The Engineering Program Manager leads complex programs involving chemical processes, metallurgical science, and electroplating technologies. The role oversees cross‑functional teams and drives new product development from concept through commercialization.

Description

This Engineering Program Manager will be:

Leading end‑to‑end program management for chemical, metallurgical, and electroplating initiatives
Overseeing customer‑facing program execution and ensuring requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met
Managing cross‑functional engineering teams and setting direction and priorities
Driving development of new products and processes from early optimization through scale‑up and launch
Identifying and mitigating technical risks related to materials, plating, corrosion, and surface performance
Collaborating with R&D and Operations to support process transfer and production readiness
Maintaining documentation, dashboards, and technical reports to guide decisions and communication
Championing continuous improvement in process capability, reliability, and program execution

Profile

A Successful Engineering Program Manager will have:

BS or MS in Chemical Engineering, Materials/Metallurgical Engineering, or related field
Experience with metal finishing, electroplating chemistry, corrosion, and surface treatments
Proven success managing technical programs and cross‑functional engineering teams
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience translating complex technical issues into program actions
