Job Description

Immediate need for a talented Engineering Project Manager . This is a 12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Andover, MA(Onsite). Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Lead engineering teams through design, development, and implementation phases Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical challenges Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders
Review and approve engineering documentation and technical reports

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Must have skills: - Project Management, Pharmaceutical, Utility/Facility.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
Solid understanding of engineering principles and technical documentation
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and risk management Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards
Bachelores degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field required
8-10 years of experience in engineering project management or technical leadership
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Experience in manufacturing, construction, or technology industries is a plus.
