Job Description
Location: Hampton, GA We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Service Coordinator that supports the engineering team by performing a variety of clerical, documentation, and data management tasks essential to daily operations. This role is responsible for maintaining engineering records, managing document distribution, and assisting with production-related documentation to ensure projects move efficiently from design to manufacturing.Key Responsibilities
- Provide general clerical and data entry support for the engineering team *
- Load and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) in company systems *
- Process advance releases of live parts and related documentation *
- Print engineering drawings from digital files and distribute as needed *
- Scan drawings and other documents, file tracings, and maintain organized records and databases *
- Process EEIs and deliver documentation to the production team multiple times per day *
- Perform other miscellaneous administrative duties as required *
- Provide occasional back-up administrative support to other departments
- 1 plus year of related administrative support for an engineering team. *
- Microsoft Suite Proficiency *
- On the job experience with CAD and BOM *
- Good oral and written communication skills
