Description

Build your career with a team delivering construction materials testing across Metro Atlanta and throughout Georgia, including key work at Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport. This Engineering Soil Technician opportunity offers hands-on, outdoor field work with real project impact and room to grow.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Engineering Soil Technicianposition include:

  • 1+ year of relevant experience in construction materials testing/field work
  • ACI Grade 1 Concrete certification (required) and ICC-Soils certification (required)
  • Nuclear Gauge Certification is preferred but not required
  • Must be able to pass a background check and maintain a good driving record
  • Open availability, as working hours vary based on client needs
  • Work at job sites throughout Georgia; the ASEC office is based in Mableton, GA
  • Move, lift, or carry materials up to 50 lbs. without assistance and physically maneuver around construction sites
  • Comprehend written/verbal communications in English and communicate directly and over the telephone

Salary: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour (starting pay depends on experience).
