Job Description

Engineering Superintendent

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of capital projects and project management initiatives, with significant involvement in budgeting, bidding, planning, and key operational decision-making. They’re looking for a strong engineering leader with applied experience in a processing environment who can influence strategy and make an impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervises all aspects of factory engineering projects
Completes technical aspects of assigned projects
Recognizes problems and communicates alternative solutions and facilitates process to select ‘best’ alternative to accomplish desired objective
Identifies and participates in the development of training programs for staff utilizing completed engineering projects
