We are excited to invite a dynamic and results-driven Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Hotel Terra and Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa, located in stunning Jackson Hole, WY. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional passionate about hospitality and sales to contribute to the growth and success of our distinguished properties while enjoying the breathtaking scenery and vibrant community of Jackson.
The Job
- As Engineering Supervisor, you are responsible managing the safe and efficient organization and operation of the Engineering department, lodge units, association property, mechanical systems, and associated areas.
- You are responsible for creating and facilitating a preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements
To be successful as our new Engineering Supervisor you:
- Have experience in a similar size hotel (132 rooms) and leading a team of 12. We look for candidates with full service hotel experience, preferable in an upscale independent hotel.
- Have a keen sense for hiring, training and coaching great people. So they can provide top notch service to our guests.
- Are dependable, organized and have a positive, can-do mindset. When things don't go as planned, your team can count on you!
- Take ownership of your tasks and feedback from your manager so you can continue to grow.
