  • Build and maintain strategic pipelines for highly specialized engineering and architectural roles across 
  • Conduct deep market research, competitor mapping, and talent intelligence to guide hiring strategy and workforce planning
  • Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates through targeted outreach and long term relationship building
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to refine role requirements and calibrate technical profiles
  • Analyze talent availability, compensation trends, and geographic hot spots to influence decision making
  • Leverage our Avature & LinkedIn CRM/ATS tools to track pipelines, engagement, and market insights with precision
  • Represent within engineering communities, professional associations, and digital talent networks
  • Collaborate with TA leadership to design sourcing strategies for critical programs and future project demandQualifications:
  • 4–8 years of sourcing or recruiting experience within A/E, EPC, industrial, or other technical environments
  • Strong ability to identify and engage passive engineering talent using advanced sourcing and market mapping techniques
  • Solid understanding of engineering disciplines and technical workflows, with comfort navigating complex subject matter
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to advise hiring leaders using data and insights
  • Preferred candidates will have past experience in Semiconductor facility design firms
