Anticipate $120,000 - $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

Perform structural engineering for cold-formed steel framing in prefabricated exterior walls.
Prepare calculations, submittals, and review drawings/details.
Assist in project development, code research, and client relations.
Evaluate materials for offsite suitability and improve engineering standards.
Occasional site observations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering; PE license required.
Minimum 5 years structural design experience.
Strong knowledge of cold-formed steel analysis software.
Ability to read multi-trade drawings; site navigation skills.
U.S. work authorization.
