Job Summary(includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned)

Will function as a technical specialist who makes decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative and have a far reaching impact on extensive engineering and related activities of the company. Negotiate critical and controversial issues with top-level engineers and officers of other organizations and companies. Perform advisory and consulting work for the organization as a recognized authority for broad program areas or in an intensely specialized area and contribute directly to value creation.

Job Responsibilities

• Practical operating knowledge to perform job.
• Provides guidance to the project contractors and inspectors through meetings and on-site guidance.
• Performs standardized, ongoing duties and tasks.
• Routine decisions.
• With guidance, ensures timely and accurate performance of responsibilities for a single trade, group of closely related tasks or functional area.
• Work typically reviewed by others; work reflects developing competency and basic skills.
• Errors may cause simple rework or correction to single task.
• Duties and tasks are standardized.
• Good written skills are required to draft bid specifications for projects.
• Resolves routine questions and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher levels.
• Works under direct supervision and/or defined parameters.
• Prioritizes basic tasks; priorities typically guided by standard practices or by others.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 0-2 years directly related experience.
• Begins to achieve primary certifications/licensures.
• Entry-level; practical operating knowledge to perform job.
• Performs standardized, ongoing duties and tasks.
• Must be able to travel 30%.

Salary Information

• Salary Range - $98,017.00 - $124,971.00
