Job Description
Job title: Technician Location: San Jose, CA Duration: 12 months Contract. Pay Rate: $30-38/hr on W2 Basic Job responsibilities: Work alongside engineering to determine best practices, improvements, reliability issues, and meeting production goals. Perform system level debugging/troubleshooting in case of failures. Support engineering to meet goals and commitments. Troubleshoot and repair various system issues. Assist with defining proper process implementation. Responsibilities: Assist with providing support on various Magnum Systems. Hands-on execution of product integration and verification testing and debug. Refine and assist with processes to improve efficiencies and reduce system interruptions. Assist with Field Support in case of system failures/issues if needed. Support operations/production to ensure customer deadlines are met. Daily Requirements: Maintain record retention on Magnum systems. Check RMA repairs in house for completion and movement towards shipping. Check incoming/outgoing merlin shipments.
