Job Description

For Technical services in the Engineering area. 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Assciate or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and previous exposure within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry. 
  • Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communication)
  • Shift: Administrative & according to business needs 
  • Experience in:
    • Troubleshooting molded parts; prior molding experience strongly preferred.
    • Reading and interpreting CAD drawings and part specifications; basic CAD manipulation is a plus.
    • Supporting documentation such as purchase orders (POs), supplier quotes, protocols, and non-conformances (NCs/NRs)

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Support engineering activities related to molded medical device components.
  • Troubleshoot part- and process-related issues involving molded parts.
  • Measure and inspect components to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
  • Read, interpret, and apply CAD drawings and engineering documentation..
  • Assist with creation, review, and execution of engineering protocols.
  • Support non-conformances (NCs) and non-routine reports (NRs), including documentation and follow-up.
  • Prepare purchase orders (POs) and request supplier quotations as needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, including molding vendors, to resolve technical and quality issues.
  • Assist engineering and quality teams with documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of responsiveness.
