Qualifications
- Hands-on fabrication experience mill, lathe, drill press, 8020, and general woodworking*
- Mechanical assembly experience in a structured shop or manufacturing environment*
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and craftsmanship*
- Familiarity with basic metrology and inspection tools*
- Proficient in Google Workspace or equivalent documentation tools*
- Self-directed with the ability to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- SolidWorks ability to read models and drawings*
- Electrical controls or low-voltage panel wiring*
- Fine detail assembly experience*
- Medical device or regulated manufacturing background
