Job Description
Title: Engineering Test Tech Location: Monroe, WA | Pay: 45 - 50/hr Job Description Engineering Test Technician will be responsible for supporting all aspects of assembly, validation, and qualification testing of both hydraulic and electromechanical actuation products.
Job Responsibilities
- Fabrication, assembly & use of test fixtures and test rigs
- Assemble and test hydraulic actuators and electro-mechanical actuators
- Acceptance testing of hydraulic and/or electromechanical products
- Ensure calibration and certification of all instrumentation utilized for test
- Coordinate maintenance activities related to the test area
- Support external testing activities at labs when necessary
- Perform basic machining operations using drill press, Bridgeport mill, manual deburr and polishing
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification and proficiency in the use of drawings, specifications, basic math, computer, technical and mechanical skills.
- Minimum 1 year experience in assembly, test, & troubleshooting of electromechanical & hydraulic actuation products or related mechanical experience required. General hydraulic theory and knowledge preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred in Mechanical Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology or related technical discipline, or equivalent job experience preferred.
