Practice Details
• High volume general ENT practice • Opportunity to provide sub-specialty services and customize your practice • OR block time – 2 days per week • 10 ORs • Two audiologists and one APP • Large primary care referral base • 142,000 service population • 118 bed hospital – 14 bed ICU • Level III trauma center
Competitive compensation package includes:
• Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be forgiven if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
