Taxbit's AI-enabled platform streamlines compliance related to digital assets, payments, and other financial transactions. Its unique combination of deep subject matter expertise and AI-forward technology have made it a fast-growing disruptor trusted by the world's leading fintechs, marketplaces, digital asset players, Big 4 accounting firms, traditional enterprises, and government agencies. Backed by top-tier Silicon Valley VCs, Taxbit's team is located across offices in San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Salt Lake City, London, Madrid, and Singapore.

Opportunity for Impact

Taxbit is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, reporting to the Head of Sales, to drive new logo acquisition across leading crypto, fintech and marketplace firms globally. This role is central to Taxbit's growth as tax information reporting requirements rapidly expand across new jurisdictions, regulatory regimes, and product categories. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of enterprise sales execution, strategic account development, and intellectual curiosity to understand complex, global, multi-product organizations. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate large enterprises, build relationships across product, tax, finance, and engineering stakeholders, and position Taxbit as the trusted compliance infrastructure for modern digital businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing new enterprise customers across crypto, fintech and marketplaces globally
  • Build and manage a disciplined pipeline through a combination of strategic outbound prospecting, partner collaboration, and marketing-driven opportunities.
  • Conduct deep prospect research to understand company business models, regulatory exposure, and operational workflows that create tax information reporting obligations, and convert those insights into new customer opportunities.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial discovery through contract execution, including multi-threaded stakeholder engagement across tax, finance, product, compliance, and engineering teams.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for target prospects, identifying key decision-makers, economic buyers, and internal champions to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Deliver compelling executive-level presentations that position Taxbit as the trusted compliance infrastructure for modern digital businesses navigating global tax information reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Technical SMEs to align messaging, validate solution fit, and successfully progress opportunities through the sales process.
  • Ensure smooth customer transitions to Customer Success following deal close, setting the foundation for long-term adoption, partnership, and future expansion.
  • Develop deep expertise in Taxbit's platform and global tax information reporting frameworks (including 1099 reporting, DAC8, CARF, and other emerging regulations) to effectively advise prospects and differentiate Taxbit in the market.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Top Performer Account Executive or in a similar role
  • 5-8+ years as a full-cycle Enterprise Account Executive (will consider mid-market AE Top Performers)
  • Demonstrated success closing $100K+ ACV enterprise deals
  • Consistent internal promotions or demonstrated career progression
  • No short stints at companies (very few or none under 2-3 years)
  • Strong background in fintech, crypto, payments, marketplaces, or regulated SaaS, or equivalent experience selling into highly regulated financial environments
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate regulatory complexity into revenue strategy
  • Outstanding customer communication and executive presence
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence deeply cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated, and rapidly evolving market
  • Willingness to travel as needed

  • Competitive benefits package
  • A modern 401(k) plan that includes access to crypto, financial wellness benefits, low fees and more
