Job Title: Enterprise Account Management D2Location: New York, NY 10010 (Remote)Duration: 9+ monthsPay Range: $47/hr w2Job Functions & Responsibilities On-site in NYC preferred, - Onboarding new locations to (creating bulk upload sheets, work orders in salesforce, working with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful activation, submitting catalog/menu build tickets) - Supporting team on inbounds related to menu and catalog and submitting relevant tickets to resolve - Supporting team on monthly and quarterly accounting reports for self-delivery merchants - Managing all jira/ticket management - catalog, integrations, analytics, data eng, etc. - Weekly reporting emails and ad hoc reporting requests - Running test orders and troubleshooting technical issues -Handling backend invoicing issues and troubleshooting merchant pain points.-Experience managing multiple outstanding issues/tickets at a time.
