Enterprise Project Manager Advanced

Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager – Advanced (10121)Location: Columbia, South Carolina (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)Interview: 1 Round – Virtual (Microsoft Teams)Candidate Requirement: Candidate must be local to South Carolina or willing to relocate prior to startKey Responsibilities

• Manage multiple enterprise-level IT projects within the healthcare environment
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
• Assist with developing business and technical requirements
• Perform project planning including effort estimation and resource allocation
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure completion on time and within scope
• Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation and artifacts throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure all project activities and deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and business units

Required Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• 3–5+ years of Project Management experience
• 1–3+ years of Project Management experience in a Healthcare Insurance IT environment
• Strong experience with project planning, effort estimation, and resource allocation
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and executive leadership
• Strong proficiency in English and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Medicaid systems or Healthcare Delivery Systems
• Experience working with Healthcare Claims Systems
• Experience supporting state government or public sector healthcare projects
• Experience working with external vendors and outsourced teams
