Job Description

A fast-growing, technology-enabled services organization is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Enterprise Sales Agent to join its inside sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in insurance, call centers, or high-volume customer service environments who thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven settings.The Enterprise Sales Agent is responsible for handling warm inbound and outbound leads, providing customized quotes, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships. This position offers strong earning potential, clear advancement paths, and access to consistent, pre-qualified leads - no cold business development required.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Provide tailored product recommendations and accurate quotes
  • Close new business and retain existing customer relationships
  • Maintain accurate client records using a CRM platform
  • Engage with pre-qualified prospects provided through internal lead generation tools
  • Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance goals
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in inside sales, insurance sales, call center operations, or customer service
  • Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire)
