Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and initiate contact through various channels.
- Schedule and conduct meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
- Present personalized coverage options to prospective clients.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve sales goals and contribute to team success.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-driven and able to work effectively without supervision.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients
- Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients to review their needs
- Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager
- Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need to be reserviced
- Build and maintain your own book of business
- Set your own scheduled working hours and submit them to your sales manager each week
- Submit your sales metrics and activity daily
