Make your mark in account coordination and support Lumen’s connectivity solutions! Azul Connections Inc. is hiring Entry Level Account Managers for the Lumen campaign. You’ll help customers feel heard, supported, and excited about their connectivity options while learning the ropes of telecom account management. Manage Lumen client accounts by responding to service inquiries, recommending solutions, and keeping records accurate and up to date. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure Lumen services are delivered on time and meet customer expectations. Monitor account activity and identify ways to improve satisfaction across Lumen’s wireless and fiber service offerings. Help clients understand Lumen’s internet plans and recommend service options that match their needs and usage. Track customer interactions, update CRM systems, and report on account performance to support campaign visibility. Contribute to team goals by sharing feedback, offering insights, and helping drive success across the Lumen campaign. What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as an Entry Level Account Manager? High school diploma or GED required; additional education in business, communications, or marketing is a plus. At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination preferred—especially in fast-paced, campaign-driven environments. Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain Lumen’s services in a way that’s helpful, professional, and easy to understand. Friendly, solution-focused attitude, with a genuine interest in helping customers navigate wireless and fiber service options. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing account updates, service requests, and CRM records.
