Entry-Level Appointment Setter

$25/hr Base + Uncapped Commission | No Experience Needed

You find and book the appointments; our expert inspection and sales team takes it from there.

Start at $25/hourwith uncapped commission on top — so you earn a reliable paycheck and get rewarded for every door you open.

What You'll Do

Canvass neighborhoods and follow up on storm-damage leads to introduce QNTUM's roofing services.
Have genuine conversations with homeowners and book free roof inspections for our inspection team.
Network with property managers and past customers to generate referrals.
Log your leads and appointments in our CRM (we'll train you on everything).
Hit weekly appointment goals and stack commission and bonuses for every inspection you book.

What We Offer

$25/hour base pay — a guaranteed paycheck, not commission-only.
Uncapped commission on top, with realistic first-year total earnings of $75,000–$150,000+; top setters earn more.
