Production Assembler (Entry‑Level) – First Shift

As an Assembler on our production team, you'll play a vital role in crafting high‑quality, performance‑driven products that archers around the world rely on.

Responsibilities

Assemble & Package: Follow clear work instructions to build, inspect, and pack archery components.
Meet Production Goals: Hit daily and weekly targets while maintaining strict quality standards.
Hands‑On Work: Lift and maneuver parts and bins (up to 50 lbs), use basic hand tools, and work safely on the production floor.
Continuous Improvement: Identify minor process enhancements and share feedback with your team.
Housekeeping: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Entry‑Level Talent: No prior manufacturing experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Small parts assembly experience a plus.
Detail‑Oriented: Ability to follow step‑by‑step processes and maintain high accuracy.
Team Player: Positive attitude, good communication skills, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
Safety Focused: Commitment to following all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
