Entry-Level & Experienced Truck Driver RecruiterIndependent Contractor (Remote)Typical Weekly Earnings: $800–$1,500+ (performance-based)

Independent contractor opportunity for individuals interested in recruiting and placing CDL drivers with motor carriers. This role is fully remote and production-based. Recruiters manage their own workflow and are compensated per successful placement.

Responsibilities

  • Source and communicate with CDL driver applicants
  • Conduct screening and qualification
  • Submit drivers to carriers
  • Maintain follow-ups and placement records
  • Communicate professionally via phone, text, and email

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-directed and dependable work style
  • Consistent daily outreach and follow-up
  • Prior recruiting or driver recruiting experience preferred
