Throughout your 2+ years training you will immerse yourself in all things solar and electricity, travel to multiple locations for training sessions, and go through an adventurous journey of working in all positions of the Greentech Business to prepare you to one day lead your own multi-million dollar GTR location. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments will include some travel both by car and by air.
