Entry-Level Attorney

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 yearly Responsibilities: Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals and support staff Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings, perform legal research, and work with senior associate attorneys to provide legal advice Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently Qualifications: Applicants must have successfully passed the state bar exam Willingness to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills needed in order to work with all levels of staff and our clients About Company Neeley Law is changing the way people feel about hiring an attorney by delighting clients with exceptional legal services, unparalleled empathy, and tools to empower them to rebuild their financial lives and prosper in the future.
