Are you ready to turn your interest in cars, hands-on skills, and attention to detail into a career with real growth potential? Ricart is looking for motivated individuals to join our team at the Ricart Mega Mall in Groveport, Ohio as an Entry-Level Body Shop Technician!

You don't need years of collision repair experience—we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and ready to build a career. As an Entry-Level Body Shop Technician, you'll work alongside experienced technicians while learning the skills needed to repair and restore vehicles to Ricart's high standards.

What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements:

● Assist experienced Body Shop Technicians with vehicle repairs and refinishing

● Perform basic disassembly and reassembly of vehicle components

● Assist with preparing vehicles for repair, including sanding, buffing, masking, and cleaning

● Learn and follow proper repair procedures and manufacturer guidelines

● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

● Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and properly

● Inspect vehicles and parts for damage or defects

● Assist with moving and positioning vehicles throughout the Body Shop

● Follow all company safety policies and procedures

● Work closely with team members to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently

● Additional job responsibilities as seen necessary by the supervisor

Essential Job Functions:

● Must have a valid driver's license and meet company motor vehicle report standards

● High school education or equivalent preferred

● Previous automotive, mechanical, or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required

● Must be mechanically inclined and interested in learning automotive repair

● Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic

● Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the day

● Ability to lift and move automotive parts and equipment as needed

● Must be willing to learn and grow within the Body Shop
