Entry-Level Caregiver / PCA; Free Certification TrainingMake Caring Your Career.If you're ready to start a career in healthcare, Care Advantage, Inc. wants to help you get there. We're hiring full- and part-time PCAs and Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in BROOKNEAL, VA and surrounding communities. If you're not certified yet, we'll cover your Personal Care Aide training for free!We're a client-driven company with a mission to lift up every community we serve, help aging adults live life to the fullest, and support our Care Family in work that matters.What you'll do:Help with daily routines like medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene

Prepare meals during shifts

Keep your client's space clean and comfortable

Let the office know if anything changes with your client
