Candidates with additional carpentry experience are also encouraged to apply.What Youll Do
- Assist carpenters on active construction and remodeling projects
- Safely operate hand and power tools including saws, routers, sanders, ladders, and generators
- Help erect and dismantle scaffolding
- Support demolition and debris removal
- Prepare materials and assist with reading blueprints
- Install basic wood framing, trim, doors, casing, and sheathing
- Assist with temporary or permanent partition construction
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Follow all company safety procedures and timelines
- Valid drivers license required
- 14 years of carpentry or construction experience preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a physically active construction environment
- Strong communication and reliability
- Ability to pass criminal background and driver record check
- Steady, year-round commercial work
