Job Description
Our office is growing and we need someone who we can trust to be a friendly face! The position is full time. Our Customer Service Representative needs to be someone who is dependable, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people. This individual will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our clients and supporting our sales and service team.
Salary Range: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Schedule appointments for the agency owner if need be.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- Insurance Experience is NOT required
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Great customer service skills both in-person and over the phone.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Willing to obtain a license in Property & Casualty and Life & Health
