Electrical Contracting is a 27+ year established commercial electrical contractor serving Southeast Michigan. We specialize in organized mid-sized commercial new construction and renovation projects including schools, churches, fire stations, municipal facilities, and professional office buildings.We are currently hiring motivated individuals who want to start a long-term career in commercial electrical construction.No prior electrical experience required — but construction experience is a plus.What We Offer• $18–$22 per hour starting (based on experience)• Steady, year-round commercial work• Mostly local projects — home most nights• Normal business hours (occasional Saturday, rare night work)• Health insurance• Paid holidays• PTO / Vacation• 401(k)• On-the-job training with experienced foremen• Clear path to licensed journeymanWe build long-term crews and promote from within.What You’ll Learn• Commercial electrical installation• Conduit bending and layout• Blueprint reading• Job site safety and professionalism• Team communication and production standardsWhat We’re Looking For• Strong work ethic and reliability• Willingness to learn skilled trade• Ability to work physically (lifting, climbing, bending)• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation• Basic hand tools preferred• Construction experience preferred but not requiredQualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
