Responsibilities of an Entry Level Customer Relations Associate

As an Entry Level Customer Relations Associate you will provide client support to customers through phone,email or chat with patience and professionalism
The Entry Level Customer Relations Associate will resolve queries and requests with a solutions focussed mindset ensuring exceptional client support
The Entry Level Customer Relations Associate will collaborate with the team to improve the quality of client support provided
Learn our systems, products and processes to deliver efficient client support at all times
Ensure positive and friendly client support is delivered on a day to day basis
