Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company at live events, brand activations, and community programs. This role is perfect for individuals who:

Key Responsibilities
Engage attendees, donors, and participants at live events and community programs
Provide friendly, professional, and approachable customer service

Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site support
Build positive relationships with community members, supporters, and partners
Maintain a high-energy, welcoming, and professional environment
Candidate Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who are:
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with the public
Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
Positive, coachable, and eager to learn new skills
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Reliable, professional, and available for immediate start
Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
