Responsibilities
Eagerly greet clients both on the phone and in person, openly communicate with clients to identify their needs and direct them to proper channels.
Demonstrate communications skills relevant to a reception or related position.
Efficiently navigate client billing inquiries to provide accurate information, and complete billing transactions with precision.
Maintain client files according to agency procedures with a focus on the accuracy, completeness and organization of every client account.
Provide processing related support to insurance agents.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
Efficiently navigate multiple computer systems and online portals.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfort with sales processes and general understanding of sales technique.
Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn new programs.
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to attend ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Ability to arrive on time and be dependable for a 40-hour work week commitment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
