  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of support tickets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional IT certifications or coursework is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
