Were seeking an Entry Level Farmers Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated to build a career in the insurance industry. You will manage your own lead pipeline and help clients find the right coverage for their needs. This is a Monday through Friday role with warm leads provided, hands-on training, and clear expectations around daily activity and performance.
- First-year earnings of $40,000 to $60,000

Responsibilities- Proactively contact and follow up with leads through calls and outreach
- Quote, sell, and bind auto, home, life, and commercial policies
- Maintain consistent daily activity to meet production goals
- Accurately document client interactions and sales activity
- Build relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Manage time effectively across leads and opportunities
- Servicing client policies as needed/building relationships with referral partners
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses a bonus, but we will help you get them if you don't have them
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with comfort in a goal-oriented role
- Coachable with a willingness to apply feedback
- Strong work ethic, consistency, and discipline
- Ability to stay motivated through rejection
