We're hiring full- and part-time HHAs and we'll get you certified through our free, 2-week HHA course, held in person Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.We're a client-driven company with a mission to lift up every community we serve, help aging adults live life to the fullest, and support our Care Family in purpose-driven work.What you'll do:Each classroom day mixes lecture with hands-on skills practice

Homework is assigned and required between sessions

An optional open lab on Wednesdays gives you extra practice time

Fridays test your skills through competency sign-offsAfter the course and orientation, you're ready to pick up shifts!What we offer:A complimentary Silver Lining T-shirt upon successful completion of the course, provided as part of your uniform

Behavioral Health Paraprofessional training included, so you're prepared to support clients with behavioral and mental health needs
