💼 Position OverviewDACUT is seeking an Entry Level HR Assistant / Recruiting Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition Manager with recruiting coordination, onboarding, and HR administrative tasks.

A large portion of this role involves high-volume phone outreach to job applicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting with hiring for our retail locations. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day and enjoys interacting with candidates.

This role is ideal for candidates with entry level HR experience, recruiting assistant experience, HR internship experience, or administrative/customer service backgrounds who want to build a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.

🔑 Key Responsibilities• Make high-volume outbound calls to job applicants to screen and schedule interviews• Assist with recruiting coordination and hiring support for retail staffing• Communicate with candidates regarding interviews and hiring updates• Assist with new hire onboarding and HR paperwork• Prepare and maintain employee files and HR records• Assist with background checks and hiring documentation• Maintain recruiting trackers and hiring reports• Provide HR administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team• Assist with basic employee relations documentation

✅ Qualifications• 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, HR assistant roles, administrative work, or customer service• Comfortable making high-volume phone calls to candidates• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Organized and detail-oriented• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment• Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred• Interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition strongly preferred
