A&E Plumbing, Heating, and Air is seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level HVAC Installer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the HVAC industry. Responsibilities:- Assist in the installation of HVAC systems- Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced installers- Load and unload trucks with necessary materials- Maintain a clean and professional appearance- Communicate effectively with customers and team members- Adhere to all safety rules and regulationsRequirements:- Valid driver’s license- Willingness to invest time in training and achieving NATE and EPA certifications- Basic safety knowledge and ability to use hand tools- Ability to carry up to 100 pounds and work from a ladder- Good written and verbal English skillsPreferred Qualifications:- Prior construction experience- Experience with basic hand toolsBenefits: - Competitive pay-Opportunity to earn monthly spiffs- Professional growth and training opportunities- Health, dental, and vision insurance- Retirement plan options-Paid time off
