Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician, Training Provided
Mint Hill, NC
We are looking for motivated, hands-on individuals with mechanical aptitude who are eager to begin a career in HVAC.
Charlotte Heating & Air is a local, family-owned company that's been earning trust in the greater Charlotte area for over 15 years. We're growing fast through referrals because we focus on doing things the right way - for our customers and for our team.
Pay: $19.00 - 24.00 hourly, depending on experience

Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some weekends and overtime as needed)
Position Summary: You'll work in the field alongside experienced technicians while actively contributing to service calls, learning the trade through real job-site experience, and building the skills needed to become a full-service HVAC technician.
What We're Looking for:
- Experience in construction, maintenance, or home services is highly desired
- HVAC trade school training or technical education is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and a track record of reliable attendance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong willingness to learn HVAC
