Position: Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician
Role Overview:Learn and assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Provide excellent service, build customer trust, and develop technical skills while working under experienced technicians.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
Document work accurately.
Maintain tools, vehicles, and workspaces.
Participate in ongoing training and certification opportunities.
Follow company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:
24 years or older.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
EPA certification preferred (training available for the right candidate).
Apprentice or Journeyman HVAC License a plus but not required.
