Job Description

Are you ready to launch a career in sales and insurance? Our agency is hiring a driven, personable team member for an entry-level Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Sales Producer role. You'll dial warm leads/individuals who've expressed interest and help them secure coverage that helps them protect what matters most. This is an opportunity for someone new to sales who is eager to learn, grow, and succeed in a supportive environment. Please note: A valid P&C Personal Lines license is required before your start date. We offer guidance through the licensing process and reimburse your licensing costs after 90 days of employment.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up via phone, text, and email
Educate clients on personal insurance products (auto, home, renters, etc.)
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads using our CRM
Achieve individual activity and production goals with full team support

Requirements

A strong interest in sales, and helping people
Excellent phone and written communication skills
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a goal-driven environment
No prior sales experience needed, we'll train the right person
Must obtain and hold a valid P&C Personal Lines license prior to start date
