Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients over the phone to understand their insurance needs and concerns.
Learn and master the details of various insurance products offered by Creative Legacy Group.
Assist senior sales representatives in client consultations and policy explanations.

Schedule and follow up on appointments and client interactions.
