We are seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to drive new business growth while delivering thoughtful, needs-based insurance solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating clients, and working in a stable, people-first environment.

Base salary $17-$20 an hour based on experience
Year-end total with base + commission+ bonus opportunities would be $45,000 - $70,000
Work-from-home flexibility

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Prospect for new business through outbound and inbound opportunities
Conduct consultative, needs-based conversations with prospects
Cross-sell policies within the existing book of business
Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity goals

Requirements

Active insurance license required
Strong sales and persuasion skills
Clear and confident communication abilities
Experience with needs-based selling conversations
Comfort working toward performance goals and commission structures
Coachable mindset with a desire to grow and improve
