Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people's lives. This opportunity is to sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time agent you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. Salary plus commission and bonuses. Willing to train the right person for this position. Our preferred candidate will have previous sales experience. Our agents can make up to $120k a year! SIGN ON BONUS FOR LICENSED AGENTS WITH ALLSTATE EXPERIENCE!

Responsibilities

Meet business production goals and objectives
Call and follow up on provided leads to close business
Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client's needs
Educate clients on insurance coverages
Consistent follow up with clients is required
Must have drive and ambition to succeed
Must have the "never give up attitude"
Must be a team player

Requirements

Property and Casualty License is a bonus, but if willing to get licensed all applicants will be considered
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Prior sales experience is preferred.
