Our fast paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill a full time Insurance Sales Representative position. Agency Owner, Guy Maniscalo, is deeply involved in local initiatives, from serving as Marketing Chair for Autism Speaks and aiding in raising over $1 million for them, to leading the push for insurance coverage of autism treatment in Illinois. As the nations third-largest home and auto carrier and the leading carrier of specialty products, we are seeking individuals to help expand our growing agency. As our newest insurance sales representative, you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. Resources such as digital marketing assistance, insurance basic's training and licensing assistance will be available to you.
Salary Range: $35000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- With over 20 Insurance and Financial Services Products, meet sales goals by offering a variety of insurance products (Auto, Home, Business, Life, Specialty etc.).
- Advise prospects on their everyday risk and how insurance can protect them
- Identify and provide solutions for 30-40 new clients per month
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Inform customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
- Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
- Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.
- Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies
- Legal US Permanent Resident or Citizen
- Clean Background (no felony/theft convictions)
- Strong written/verbal communication and sales skills.
- Willingness to work Monday-Friday & Saturdays when necessary.
- Ability to obtain Insurance Licenses (assistance provided).
- Past sales/customer service experience preferred but not mandatory!
