Work warm leads + outbound activity to generate new business
Quote and sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance
Follow up with prospects and existing clients
Cross-sell current customers to increase account value
Build relationships within the New Prague community
Track performance and hit monthly goals

Requirements

Minnesota insurance license, or willingness to get one with our help
High School Diploma Required
Driven, coachable, and motivated by income growth
Strong communication skills
Sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus
