This structured, 6-8 month mentorship is designed for high-performing individuals ready to transition from sales or service into long-term leadership roles within the Farmers Insurance network. Hands-on Mentorship: Receive direct training from an experienced agency leader in sales, marketing, and team management. Career Pathing: Graduates of this program are eligible for advanced opportunities, including agency management or executive-level tracks. Practical Experience: Build a foundation for leading a high-performing office and managing client portfolios. W-2 position with a base salary + commission+ bonus opportunities Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission+ Bonus Opportunities Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Prospect and follow up with leads through phone, email, and local networking Conduct insurance consultations and quote personalized coverage options Build and maintain strong client relationships Meet and exceed sales goals set by the agency Learn the fundamentals of running a successful insurance business Requirements Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses Strong communication and leadership skills Previous sales or business experience preferred Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term career growth Commitment to full-time training and professional development
