The Jobat aGlance

AsanInventory Control Specialist at our, state-of-the-art fulfillment center you willwork within our fast-paced, distributionenvironment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the integrity of inventory data within the fulfillment center. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational efficiency, minimizing inventory discrepancies, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders.

A Typical Day

• Maintain a safety-first environment by following safety procedures.
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory variances using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Monitor inbound and outbound inventory movements to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
• Collaborate with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping teams to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and adjustments.
• Assist in root cause analysis for inventory issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support inventory-related reporting and metrics for leadership review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
• Operate RF scanners and other inventory tracking tools.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and year-end audits.

• You love exercising! Walking a few miles a day, bending down, reaching overhead and lifting/carrying boxes is a true fun for you!
• You are a computer nerd – using smart phone, computer or operating the handheld scanner makes it even more fun.
• You possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
• You have strong analytical skills and like to solve puzzles.
• You are a reliable and enthusiastic team player who is always eager to help out when needed.
• You take pride in your accuracy and speed to get the job done right.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment!
• You have experience operating a forklift and willing to be certified on an order picker.
• You have great communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written).
• You are comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• You are looking to work Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
